Design Engineer

Job Summary

To support innovative product development, the full-time Design Engineer will engage in product configuration, apply UX principles for user-friendly interfaces, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure the product to ensure high functionality and user experience
• Apply UX laws and data analytics to inform product decisions and align with user expectations

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in product analysis, configuration, or a related field
• Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets
• Excellent collaboration skills and effective communication across teams

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Design, or equivalent experience
