Design Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing design team, the full-time remote Design Engineer will prototype and build production-quality components, enhance the design system, and collaborate with product teams to validate ideas with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Build production-quality components and interactions across WorkOS products
- Prototype concepts, build new products, and experiment with new interaction patterns
- Raise the quality of the design system by improving performance, accessibility, and interaction behavior
Required qualifications
- Strong attention to design details with a history of shipping polished products
- Ability to articulate design decisions and consider tradeoffs and real-world complexities
- Experience working with code and design tools like Figma, and eagerness to explore new workflows
- Experience in fast-paced environments and small teams
- Bonus: Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and Radix
