Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the design system, defining the roadmap and establishing component standards
• Build robust, accessible components and maintain documentation and tooling for ease of use
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to enhance UI quality and create prototypes for advanced interactions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in front-end engineering or design engineering
• Strong eye for design, with attention to layout, motion, and visual polish
• Expertise in modern front-end technologies, particularly Typescript and React
• Experience in building or maintaining design systems and documentation
• Portfolio demonstrating UI engineering craft and component thinking
