Design Engineer, Electronic Security Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Engineer, ESS.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engineering packages and design drawings that comply with government security standards
• Provide technical consulting and support throughout the project lifecycle, including cost estimating and recommendations
• Conduct site surveys and develop reports on existing conditions to inform engineering product development

Qualifications & Experience

• U.S. citizenship
• 5+ years of experience in engineering design of electronic security systems, including 3 years related to DoD or Intelligence Community
• Expertise in access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated security systems
• High proficiency in AutoCAD or BIM/Revit software
• Active U.S. security clearance preferred
