Design Engineer for Growth

Job Summary

Owning the craft of growth surfaces, the full-time Design Engineer for Growth will enhance the business by increasing experimentation pace and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design high-quality marketing experiences in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design and development of marketing surfaces, including landing pages and activation flows
• Teach visual and interaction standards while maintaining high-quality output under tight deadlines
• Improve experiment velocity across the company by enabling others and exemplifying quality in shipped work

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building high-quality web and mobile experiences, with at least 2 years focused on marketing surfaces or growth challenges
• Strong design instincts and the ability to transition ideas from high-fidelity prototypes to production
• Advanced frontend skills in clean, performant code and a solid understanding of modern development workflows
• Experience with design system ownership, including building or working extensively with component libraries
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and unblock challenges within teams
