Design Journey Content Lead

Job Summary

To support the Journey Supports Team, the full-time Design Journey Content Lead will develop and refine tools and resources for Later Stage school design work, ensuring that Design Partners have the necessary guidance to implement and sustain educational transformations, while working remotely with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain expertise in Later Stage work by staying connected to ongoing projects and synthesizing insights into actionable guidance
• Own the Later Stage product roadmap, ensuring coherence and accessibility of tools and resources for Design Partners
• Lead project teams and facilitate decision-making among stakeholders to align on Later Stage guidance and tools

Required qualifications

• Deep commitment to transforming education and designing equitable learning experiences
• School or system-level leadership experience with a background in K-12 teaching
• Expert-level knowledge of implementation, continuous improvement, and change management
• Experience in designing and facilitating learning experiences that build capacity
• Strong project management skills and proficiency with Google Suite and Notion
