Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a design lead role at a high-growth, consumer-facing company
• Proven success in leading high-performing design teams with strategic leadership and hands-on contribution
• Portfolio showcasing design leadership and execution focused on creator experiences and tools
• Deep understanding of design principles, industry trends, and emerging technologies
