Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Lead to guide projects and support a team of designers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the design process throughout the entire project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in a Lead role
• Demonstrated mastery of UI/UX principles and design tools, such as Figma
• Strong interaction design skills with tools like After Effects and Principle
• A portfolio showcasing strengths in UX and visual design
• Ability to translate stakeholder goals and user research into effective UIs
