Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Lead - North America.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design strategy and execution while managing multiple projects

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant design experience, with at least 2 years in e-commerce website design

Strong understanding of UX design, responsive design, and conversion rate optimization
Experience in building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
Proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring design team members
