Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant design experience, with at least 2 years in e-commerce website design
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD; intermediate skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of UX design, responsive design, and conversion rate optimization
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
• Proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring design team members
