Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Lead to oversee product design for a direct-to-consumer health tech platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design vision for the consumer-facing platform across mobile and web
• Design user flows that foster trust and ease in sharing sensitive information
• Establish and evolve design systems, principles, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in consumer product design
• Strong hands-on UI/UX design experience, preferably in health tech
• Exceptional ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive experiences
• Deep empathy for users, especially in sensitive situations
• Experience building and scaling design systems
