Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design team in defining project timeframes, dependencies, and risk areas
• Manage and mentor designers to enhance their skills and maximize impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design specifications and ensure successful implementation

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry experience in a leadership role
• 3+ years of experience in game design-focused roles
• Experience with management practices, including team feedback and evaluation
• Professional experience in mentoring and developing team skills
• Strong understanding of the systems-based action RPG genre
