Job Summary

To elevate OLIPOP's brand presence, the full-time remote Design Lead will oversee the visual identity across packaging, digital, and retail channels, ensuring consistency and creativity while managing a team of designers and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and evolve OLIPOP's visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring high craft standards and strategic alignment
• Maintain and refine brand guidelines to balance creative inspiration with scalable structure
• Inspire and manage the design team by providing actionable feedback and fostering a culture of craft excellence

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of design experience, including 2+ years in a creative leadership role, preferably in CPG or lifestyle brands
• Strong expertise in building and extending visual identity systems across multiple channels
• Proven ability to manage innovation projects from concept to production
• Demonstrated high attention to detail and consistency in design deliverables
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while balancing creativity with executional excellence
