Design Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Design Lead, the full-time remote position will define and elevate the end-to-end user experience across products and customer touchpoints, leading a team of product designers and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to create intuitive and visually compelling medical technology experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Define the long-term design vision and user experience strategy in alignment with leadership across various departments
• Own the end-to-end design lifecycle, producing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI specifications
• Oversee product launch design and maintain brand consistency across marketing assets and communication materials

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of digital product design experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in healthcare or regulated spaces such as HealthTech or clinical trial software
• A robust portfolio showcasing complex system design and successful cross-functional product launches
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suites
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and delivering value to customers
