A company is looking for a Design Lead who will be responsible for leading a team of Designers in creating exceptional digital experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, or a related field
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a Design team
• Strong background in UI/UX design for web and email
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively
