Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape the direction of the program and provide people management
• Coach and develop design team members, define growth goals, and create a culture of learning
• Lead team processes, seek out best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to advocate for the best solution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience
• Expertise in applying accessibility standards and championing accessibility with stakeholders
• Experience in planning and visioning for accessibility and accessible design
• Prior mentoring experience and proficiency in design software
• Familiarity with the US Web Design System and experience working with Government agencies preferred
