Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Product Designer I to guide the evolution of their design system.

Key Responsibilities

• Advance and maintain design system components, patterns, and tokens for scalability
• Collaborate with product design and engineering to align the system with product and technical needs
• Document and communicate design standards, ensuring usability and quality across products

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in product design, with at least 5 years focused on design systems
• 3-5+ years in a senior/lead role with experience mentoring or managing designers
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual and interaction design, and scalable system work
• Deep knowledge of Figma, including component architecture and shared libraries
• Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools such as Zeroheight and Confluence
