Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product design vision for a data-dense enterprise platform, the full-time Design Lead for Data Platform will translate complex workflows into clear product experiences while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product design vision and translate complex data workflows into user-friendly experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product direction and prioritize features
• Build and maintain a design system, ensuring quality standards and repeatable design practices

Required qualifications

• Senior or lead-level product design experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS environments
• Strong product thinking with a portfolio showcasing complex, data-dense interfaces
• Experience in end-to-end ownership of a design system
• Fluency in working with product and engineering teams, demonstrating successful project delivery
• AI fluency with examples of its application in design work
