Design Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Design to lead and execute product design across its portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with founders and leadership to translate ambiguous problems into actionable design direction
• Create and own design concepts for user experiences across various platforms, ensuring intuitive interactions
• Design and ship high-quality products and improvements, from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product, UX, and front-end design, including leadership roles in high-growth startups
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field
• Strong understanding of AI fundamentals and their application in product experiences
• Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Expertise in Figma or equivalent product design tools
