Design Leader for AI Products

Job Summary

As the founding Design Leader for AI Products, this full-time salaried position will manage the product vision and strategy for new verticals, driving the design of AI-native solutions that enhance wellness business operations while working closely with a small team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for new vertical SMB products, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Drive the AI-native design philosophy, focusing on automation and workflow enhancements for customers
• Engage directly with wellness practitioners to identify unmet needs and iterate on product designs based on real-world insights

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience, particularly in building essential business tools
• Proven track record of shipping 0-1 products and scaling customer bases
• Experience with AI and AI-native product development, including understanding LLM design challenges
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and define priorities independently
• Bonus: Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or service-business SMBs
