Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Manager, Advisor Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• 8+ years of experience in user experience, interaction design, or product design, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience collaborating with various enterprise areas to prioritize work and identify opportunities
• Experience in talent management, including recruiting and professional development
• Strategic mindset with experience in design systems and agile practices
