Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Manager to lead a team of game designers for an online multiplayer project.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and guide designers through regular feedback sessions and design reviews
• Collaborate with creative leadership and production to ensure alignment with project goals
• Establish clear design goals and oversee the design pipeline for timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of game designers
• Deep understanding of game design principles and development processes
• Expertise in at least one design discipline (e.g., systems, level, combat)
• Experience shipping games successfully, ideally on PC or console
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills
