Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading operational and people management within the Experience Design organization, the full-time Design Manager will oversee the flow of design work, coordinate project intake, and enhance collaboration with Product and Engineering while adapting to AI-native product development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the Design organization, ensuring work is staffed, prioritized, and progressing
• Lead, coach, and develop the design team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to facilitate effective collaboration and clarify design responsibilities and expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design
• Experience leading and mentoring designers or creative professionals
• Strong organizational and operational skills for managing competing priorities and coordinating work across teams
• Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with cross-functional partners
