Design Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of Product Designers, the full-time remote Design Manager will focus on coaching, developing design talent, and improving design operations while ensuring high-quality UX and product thinking across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop Product Designers by providing clear expectations and regular feedback
• Build a collaborative Design culture and improve design operations, including processes and team rituals
• Supervise design work to maintain high standards for craft and UX quality while partnering with Product and Engineering leaders

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Design leader with people-management skills in a high-quality product organization
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Product Design and hands-on craft expertise
• Experience working on complex B2B software and collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers
• Operational mindset with a focus on improving processes and team effectiveness
• Ability to balance people leadership with long-term Design strategy and effectiveness measurement
