Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Manager, Vehicle Shopping and Service Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to define and champion the experience vision for vehicle discovery, shopping, and service across web and mobile platforms
• Oversee design initiatives, ensuring clarity and simplicity in solving customer problems
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate research and data into impactful design solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing digital products for web and/or mobile
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing design teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing craft and systems thinking in digital products
• Deep knowledge of UX principles and commerce best practices
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
