Design Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting global workflow deployment and process standardization, the remote contract Design Operations Analyst will manage system rollouts, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the deployment and rollout of global and regional workflow solutions impacting Design Operations
• Participate in or lead Process Integration Testing (PIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Day-in-the-Life (DITL) activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, service quality enhancements, and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, process analysis, operations, or IT-related roles
• Proven experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and workflow implementation
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and global teams
• Experience with process improvement and documentation
• Strong analytical skills related to workflow optimization
