Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Design Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and document scalable, agile processes for design and product teams
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between design, product, engineering, data, and leadership
• Identify and resolve operational roadblocks to streamline workflows for design and product teams

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in operations for design and/or product teams
• Exceptional prioritization skills with the ability to simplify complex processes
• Deep understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies
• Experience presenting strategic plans to C-level executives
• Hands-on problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
