A company is looking for a Senior Design Operations Manager to streamline design processes and enhance team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage design processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
• Facilitate design ceremonies and enhance team collaboration across product and engineering
• Manage design systems and artifacts, ensuring consistency and effective handoff to engineering

Required Qualifications and Education

• 5+ years of experience in product or design, with 2-3 years in operations or program management
• Strong understanding of product design and UX processes
• Experience managing Figma workspaces and design systems at scale
• Knowledge of UX research operations or research program management
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
