Design Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing design team, the full-time Staff Design Operations Program Manager will define and execute the strategy for Design Ops, architect scalable systems, and foster cross-functional collaboration while working remotely or from specified locations in the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and run Design Ops' strategy, driving execution from roadmap to delivery
• Own the strategy for Design's AI adoption, partnering with design leaders to build necessary tools and workflows
• Architect scalable systems that enable the design organization to grow without adding overhead

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in independently setting strategy for a horizontal function
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to foster a high standard of quality and accountability across teams
• Experience in breaking down silos and navigating complex stakeholder interests
• Builder's mindset with a history of owning strategy and execution from concept to delivery
