Design Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Operations Specialist to help implement a tokenized design system across a large replatforming initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and document processes for design system governance and asset iteration
• Support the creation and maintenance of component libraries for multiple brand tiers
• Partner with designers and developers to build and QA reusable components within Builder.io

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a design ops, UX program management, or systems design role
• Strong understanding of design systems and tokenization strategies
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Builder.io, and DAM/PIM platforms
• Experience operating in complex multi-brand or enterprise environments
• Proven ability to build scalable processes for high-volume asset management
