Job Summary
To establish and enhance user experience practices, the full-time remote Design Operations & UX Process Lead will manage the UX design lifecycle, develop governance frameworks, and build DesignOps practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and improve the end-to-end UX design lifecycle and establish standards for user research and usability testing
- Build and manage DesignOps practices to standardize workflows and establish design review processes
- Facilitate collaboration among Product Management, Engineering, and UX/UI Design teams while driving alignment on user-centered design practices
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Design Operations, or Human-Centered Design
- 3+ years of experience building and scaling UX or Design Operations processes
- Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, and Agile frameworks
- Experience implementing Design Systems and UX governance models
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Jira, and Confluence
