Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President (AVP), Design & Presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion a comprehensive visual strategy aligned with brand identity and business objectives
• Oversee the creation of high-stakes executive presentations and lead data visualization efforts
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a global design team while optimizing design workflows and processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in visual design or creative direction, preferably in a B2B healthcare environment
• Proven leadership experience managing design teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing mastery in executive presentations and data visualization
• Expert-level proficiency in design software and advanced presentation tools
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
