Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Producer to manage design project workflows and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage team intake requests, capacity, and prioritize tasks to develop work back schedules
• Oversee the roadmap of UX tasks and integrate with development teams to deliver results
• Collaborate with product, engineering, user experience, and business teams to align on project goals

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of design project or program management experience within a product design organization
• Experience working across disciplines including accessibility, content design, and user experience research
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven track record of collaboration with internal business groups and external partners
• Expert knowledge of end-to-end delivery processes
