Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Program Lead responsible for guiding the overall direction and operational performance of a multi-vendor architectural and engineering delivery program.

Key Responsibilities

• Define program goals related to governance, operating model design, and vendor performance
• Establish structured workflows and communication protocols for consistent program execution
• Oversee vendor management practices and support executive level briefings and strategic planning discussions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in design management or program management within a multi-vendor environment
• Proven ability to lead governance design and operational frameworks
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with design-related systems is a plus
