Design Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Program Manager who will drive operational excellence within the Design Studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across the Design Studio for high-impact initiatives
• Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering leadership to plan and prioritize work
• Manage planning cycles, scoping, resourcing, and cross-team dependencies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Design Operations, Program Management, or related roles
• Experience working with product design teams and cross-functional partners
• Proven track record managing complex design projects in consumer technology
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with design systems is a strong plus
