Design Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Workplace Architecture Design & Brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for workplace projects, managing multiple projects to ensure timely progress and design quality
• Translate design goals into architectural concepts, reviewing and refining architectural drawings and construction documents for accuracy
• Collaborate with external design firms and internal teams to deliver cohesive design solutions that reflect company culture and brand identity

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a closely related field
• 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in architectural design for workplace or commercial projects
• Strong foundation in building systems, codes, detailing, and construction methods
• Proficient in design and documentation tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience leading design projects with external consultants and internal partners
