Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Program Manager for a remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage design and engineering teams, ensuring project delivery aligns with business needs
Facilitate quarterly planning and coordinate with Agile teams to track project status and performance
Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to drive product development and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple teams
Experience as an Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) across at least 3 scrum teams
Program management experience with direct-to-consumer projects
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
