Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies, ideally on a design team
• Ability to lead innovative conversations to address strategic and tactical challenges
• Experience in coaching others and promoting scalable solutions for improved processes
• Knowledge sharing to support diversity and inclusion within teams
• Advocacy for the value of design discipline among cross-functional peers
