Design Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end plans to address organizational opportunities and drive change
• Develop scalable processes for managing multiple UX projects and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
• Identify and reconcile connections between different product offerings and facilitate transparency across the design program

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in a design team within mid/large size companies
• Experience managing large projects with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to deliver solutions while overcoming obstacles
• Familiarity with software tools for project organization, metric tracking, and progress reporting
• Demonstrated ability to educate peers and advocate for design value
