Design Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the design leads in the Risk organization, the full-time Design Program Manager will manage large, organization-level product initiatives, enhance team collaboration, and facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and drive large product initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Own and facilitate meetings to ensure progress against goals and resolve any roadblocks
• Proactively assess execution risks and communicate solutions effectively to the team

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program or project management
• Experience managing cross-functional projects from concept through execution and delivery
• Experience working directly with product designers and content designers
• Proven ability to manage project timelines and escalate blockers across multiple workstreams
• Experience using data to identify problems and propose solutions
