Design Project Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Project Coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate design documentation milestones from kickoff through closeout
• Partner with Engineers of Record to support successful delivery of models and drawings
• Track design schedules and drive accountability across stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years experience in the Design and/or Construction industry
• Familiarity with the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout
• Experience in document control and repository management
• Familiarity with QA/QC of documents per established standards
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
