Design Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Project Manager to oversee and deliver design projects for events and keynotes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production of presentation design projects from inception to final asset delivery
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and coordination
• Track and report on multiple simultaneous projects while identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of creative program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage critical assets and approvals
• Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to facilitate solutions and navigate ambiguous situations effectively
