Job Summary
A company is looking for a Design Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for its Design organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through closing, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Build and maintain proactive design talent pipelines across various design disciplines
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping hiring strategy and maintaining clear communication on pipeline health
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in design recruiting within high-growth environments
- Strong track record of hiring exceptional design talent, including senior and leadership roles
- Deep understanding of the design talent market, including portfolio evaluation and competitive dynamics
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels through strong judgment and partnership
- Experience using data and market insights to shape hiring strategy and improve processes
