Job Summary

To support the evolving design landscape, the full-time Design Recruiter will identify, attract, and engage top design talent while collaborating with design and engineering leaders to develop inclusive hiring strategies and enhance candidate experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative recruiting strategies to engage diverse design talent from various pathways
• Partner with design and engineering leaders to align hiring frameworks and adapt approaches to meet team needs
• Build authentic candidate experiences and contribute to shaping the future of design roles at Microsoft

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of talent acquisition or related experience
• 3+ years of experience recruiting for designers, systems thinkers, and creative technologists
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and adapt to varying priorities
• Experience in developing effective hiring strategies in competitive markets
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across various partners
