Design & Sales Expert

Job Summary

Driving customer engagement and sales growth, the full-time remote Design & Sales Expert will provide in-home consultations, create elevated designs using design tools, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in Naples/Ft. Myers, Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Provide enriching customer interactions through in-home and virtual design consultations
• Create moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, and presentations tailored to customer needs
• Build lasting relationships with customers to enhance repeat business and meet sales goals

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Furniture Sales, Home Decor Design, or retail/customer service
• Understanding of basic design functions, including spatial planning and interior design styles
• Strong proficiency in design tools and technology, including 2D and 3D software
• Proven ability to build long-lasting customer relationships
• Effective communication skills to convey brand vision and customer needs
