Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Design Senior Manager who will manage end-to-end design across various channels including website, email, SMS, and events for independent medspas, while also shaping marketing strategies and building efficient design processes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and produce high-quality design work across multiple marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and service level agreements
• Enhance integrated marketing plans by providing innovative design insights and tailored strategies for key practices
• Develop a template system for smaller practices to streamline design efforts and improve performance without extensive bespoke work

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience with a portfolio showcasing work across multiple channels
• Proven ability to contribute to marketing or campaign planning with a strong design perspective
• Experience in luxury, beauty, hospitality, or wellness, demonstrating an elevated taste in design
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to defining processes and solutions
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools to enhance team output and efficiency
