Job Summary
To support Team USA's mission, the full-time Design Specialist will develop compelling visual concepts and brand expressions for commercial partnerships, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams while working remotely from the Los Angeles area.
Key responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual expressions for Team USA's commercial partnerships and initiatives
- Transform strategic narratives into sophisticated visual storytelling and design solutions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elevate partner presentations and pitches
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing/advertising or as an in-house designer focused on presentation and pitch design
- Proven experience in designing high-quality presentations and visual materials for business development
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Figma
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
