Job Summary

A company is looking for a Value Insights and Design Strategy Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for Design Strategy and Value Insights activities
• Lead project phases including research, data analysis, and insight generation
• Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate actionable insights effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, or a master's degree with 2 years of experience, or an associate's degree with 8 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Design Strategy, Value Insights, or related fields
• Ability to conduct diverse research and deliver tangible outputs
• Proficiency in combining creative and analytical skills for insights
• Familiarity with Lean and Agile methodologies
