Design Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a talented team of designers, the full-time remote Design Supervisor will partner with stakeholders across content, marketing, and ad sales to create impactful design solutions while managing the production of creative deliverables and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the design and production of artwork to meet defined needs and push for creative excellence
• Implement new strategies to improve and optimize existing workflows while fostering team growth and communication
• Prepare and present creative work to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a creative studio or media organization
• Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
• Strong understanding of industry trends and a collaborative attitude
• Experience managing individuals or small teams
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
