Design Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a talented team in a fully remote capacity, the Design Supervisor will manage the design and production of creative deliverables for ESPN's Visual Storytelling division, collaborating with stakeholders to create impactful design solutions while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the design and production of artwork to meet defined needs and present creativity to internal clients
• Implement new strategies to improve workflows and foster a culture of growth and communication within the team
• Lead and inspire a team of designers, conducting performance reviews and training programs to enhance staff competency

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a creative studio or media organization
• Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
• Collaborative attitude with a willingness to consider diverse perspectives
• Understanding of industry trends and a passion for narrative and visual storytelling in sports
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
